Hirunika was sentenced to 3 years imprisonment with hard labour
Former Member of Parliament Hirunika Premachandra has been sentenced to three years imprisonment with hard labor by the Colombo High Court.
It is further stated that this order has been issued ruling that she is guilty of abducting and wrongfully imprisoning a young man who worked in a shop in the Dematagoda area.
