Cabinet approval has been received to introduce a new bill for the Public-Private National Partnership Agency.

It is stated that the Public-Private Partnership National Agency is expected to work jointly with international organizations in relation to the creation and management of Public-Private Partnership programs/projects, and to identify such programs and implement those programs in cooperation with government agencies.

In order to run the agency more effectively, the government states that a legal framework should be prepared in relation to the relevant partnership agreements, while legal validity should be given.

Accordingly, the Council of Ministers has approved the proposal presented by the President as the Minister of Finance, Economic Stabilization and National Policy to prepare a bill for that purpose.

 Cabinet decision below.
