The Lindula Police say that five people were injured in an accident that occurred today (02) when a bus and a lorry collided head-on in Lindula, Palmston area on the Talawakele - Nuwara Eliya road.
It is said that an inter-city luxury bus and a lorry traveling from Nuwara Eliya to Hatton have met with an accident.
It is further stated that four passengers including the driver of the bus were injured and admitted to the Lindula Regional Hospital.
