Today (09) the Supreme Court has ordered that the decision taken to revoke the party membership of Harin Fernando and Manusha Nanayakkara is legal.

They had entered the Parliament representing the Samagi Jana Balawega and had their party membership revoked due to taking ministerial posts in the government against the party's decision.

They had filed a case in the Supreme Court against the cancellation of their party membership by the Samagi Jana Balawega Party Executive Board.
