Motor Transport Commissioner General Nishantha Anuruddha says that tenders have been issued for the implementation of the system of giving black marks for licences.
He said that according to the system followed in other countries of the world, the system of giving black marks is expected to reduce traffic accidents and create discipline among drivers on the highway.
He further mentioned that all related tasks for the implementation of this program have been completed by now.
This system is good, it would be better if it is only given to people who are really doing wrong, when they see what is happening in this country, the police can do these things falsely, so it should be operated transparently. The police should have a camera.
