The Court of Appeal has announced that the order of the petition submitted by Minister Keheliya Rambukwella requesting to nullify the order made by the Maligakanda Magistrate Court to remand him until the end of the trial will be announced on August 9th.
The former health minister is currently under remand in connection with the incident of buying substandard antibody vaccines.
It is further stated that the order regarding the interim request submitted by Keheliya Rambukwella requesting to be released on bail will also be announced on that day.
