A group of Election Commission officials and police officers went to the Dematagoda head office of Ceylon Petroleum Corporation yesterday (08) morning.
It is stated that the investigation of a complaint to the Election Commission related to several issues including the granting of new fuel station licenses, the introduction of a new manpower structure to the warehouse terminal company, while the presidential election had been announced.
It is further stated that there has been an inspection of the files by the officials.
