The Central Bank of Sri Lanka says that during the month of July 2024, the country received 566.8 million dollars in remittances from foreign employees.
It is further stated that the country has received 3.71 billion dollars during the period of January - July 2024.
Accordingly, the Central Bank of Sri Lanka has further said that it is a growth of 10.3% this year compared to the period from January to July 2023.
