Mr. Anura Kumara Dissanayake, the leader of the National Jana Balavega presidential candidate, says that he will ensure that the black spots spread throughout the energy sector will be erased.
He said that he agreed to get investments from local and foreign sponsors in the power generation work, and that the scientific and professional task of solving the crisis in the energy sector will be assigned to qualified scholars.
He emphasized that the citizens of the country today have to buy a liter of oil at a price that is completely unaffordable because of the corrupt political culture that is prevalent today and that the first task of his government is to put an end to it.
Unveiling the energy policy of the National People's Power, he further emphasized that in order to reach the planned goals, the best environment will be created for the scholars and entrepreneurs in the power sector to do their work without political influence, and the energy sector will be made into a luminous field as much as light.
