Central Bank of Sri Lanka decides to reduce interest rates

 

The central bank has decided to lower policy interest rates further.

 Accordingly, the Monetary Policy Board has decided to reduce the Regular Deposit Facility Rate (SDFR) to 8.25% and the Regular Loan Facility Rate (SLFR) to 9.25% by 25 basis points.
