Mr. Anura Kumara Dissanayake cannot even think about economic development

 

Anura Kumara Dissanayake, the leader of the National People's Party, says that without changing the political culture in this country, it is impossible to even think about economic development.

 President Ranil Wickremesinghe has also stated that when he went to Qatar, it is impossible to imagine where the slum dwellers are today and that we should think about what happened to Sri Lanka.  He pointed out that they have to declare themselves.

 Due to this, he mentioned that if we are thinking about a new path in the economy, the country's economic journey and political culture should be changed.

 He further said that this political culture has helped to prevent the government from getting the revenue it deserves when a business is conducted, when an investor comes, and this political culture will be changed in a government of the National People's Force.
