State Minister Ranjith Siyambalapitiya says that an additional allowance of 3,000 rupees will be given to all pensioners from next month.
The Minister of State mentioned this in a discussion held between the officials of the Joint National Organization of Government Employees Retirees.
Accordingly, seven lakh pensioners will be entitled to the related allowance, he further stated.
