Mr. Pradeep Nilanga Delabandara of Diyawadana Nilame requests the people to come with discipline to watch the Esala Perahera festival in Kandy this year.
Accordingly, he requested the people to reduce the use of polythene plastic and protect the environment.
Mr. Pradeep Nilanga Dela Bandara of Diyawadana Nilame further stated that the participation of the people in this year's Esala Perahera festival is high.
