The representatives of the International Monetary Fund who are visiting the island are scheduled to meet President Ranil Wickramasinghe today (01).
Accordingly, Minister of State for Finance Shehan Semasinghe stated that the discussions are scheduled to be held this morning.
He further mentioned that without any delay, the economic stability of the country will be taken forward without any deviation in the program even during the election period.
